PVC Label Scrapping Machine Model NO. TB 800
The patented TB type label remover is mainly used for solving the serious problem which is how to remove the PVC labels from PET bottles in PET bottle recycling process all over the world, and also fit for PET bottle collection factory to remove the labels.
After the machine is successful produced, recyclers will never remove the labels manually, what is more, it will improve your efficiency, reduce the labor demand, and make great performance of both economic and society.
The machine is used for PET bottle crushing & washing industry and PET bottle collecting factory to remove the PVC label automatically. The jacket is fixed with many screws, the roller inside is fixed with many blades. Both the blades and screws are welded with tungsten steel. After the bottles are fed into the machine, the labels will be crushed between the blades and the screws on the movement to the outlet of the machine.
The warranty period:
One year besides ware-and-tare parts and abnormal damage. Working principle: Under the friction between the fixed blades on the rotor and the fixed bolts on the exterior casing, the PVC labels are scrapped and separated from the bottles.
